PAM Accreditation Examination for Registered Microbiologists

The accreditation examination for registered microbiologists will be given on December 4 and 5, 2010 at the National Library, Manila. All qualified PSM members may apply. The world is changing. We live in one earth of interconnected systems. New challenges to health and safety brought about by climate change requires new innovative approaches to the detection, monitoring, prevention and management of the variations we face as its affects humans, animals, plants and microbes alike.

First Education Caravan

Date: September 10, 2010 1-5pm
Venue: Miriam College
The seminar-workshop is open to all high school, college and other instructors and trainers of science, biology, microbiology and related courses that are members of the Philippines Society of Microbiology.

It will cover topics to aid teachers to tackle and deal with the growing information on microbiology. The activity will introduce strategies for teaching in the view of limited resources and materials for both lecture and laboratory courses.
